- Conduct diagnostic studies, benchmarking, recommend Business development/upgrading plans, and develop programs for companies in different functional areas under his/her responsibility;
- Oversee the overall delivery of consultancy services to beneficiaries, and follow-up on the implementation of the upgrading plan;
- Select and assign specialized consultants to companies according to their needs, and manage the assigned specialized consultants in their areas of specialization;
- Mentor and coach both companies' engagement teams and consultants;
- Monitor all activities related to the assigned companies, and reporting to the Project Management Unit (PMU);
- Briefing, introducing, and monitoring the performance of consultants/experts and ensuring the completion of assignments along with the required documentation;
